As an everyday Athlete and someone who is immersed in the sports arena I am a big advocate of individualised cross training plans to counter balance the often repetitive training of our bodies and minds. These assessments are open to everyone but are focused on using principles of yoga and biomechanics to assess range of motion and create a bespoke sequence to supplement sports performance. Recovery and time ‘down regulating’ the central nervous system are key features of consistency.
The first session will take approximately 2 hrs.
We will undertake a full range of motion assessment, take a physical history and consider other relevant variables in any restricted mobility (nutrition, stress, training schedules, employment etc.). I will also ask you how much time you can add in to your schedule for recovery training/bodyweight training and yoga, as well as your own goals and intentions for adding in this practice.
The first session is £55
